Tesseract Modular - Sweet Sixteen mk II
Functioning correctly ( Usb B to Usb C adapter used )
I have the AKAI MIDIMIX working through my MRCC MIDI router
The new Erae 2 is a bit of a dream combo with the MM !
not only is midi working, but 24 (!) cv outputs, and flexible layouts (notes, faders etc), and even a looper (for cv and midi)
I think my requirement for expanders for sliders/buttons has just vanished
(sorry dan , only jk )
A rather old Evolution UC-33 is working perfectly.
ESI MidiMate eX
used the usb-c → usb-a adapter supplied with 4ms MM
Sequentix Cirklon v2 - working (USB device port)
Befaco Voltage Controlled Midi Controller works well.
Gives you 8 faders, 10 buttons, 10 CV Gates and 12 CV Controls, a great hack while waiting for expanders.
Intuitive Instruments Exquis (link: Exquis - Expressive music at your fingertips), direct via USB C cable.
Linnstrument 200 (link: Linnstrument)
(sorry - I do not seem to be able to edit my original post in this thread)
Will Melbourne Instruments Roto Control work with the MM specifically, will the motorised knobs work? I’m thinking probably not because of the one way MIDI traffic on the MM but perhaps will work in the future
I used the old Arturia Keystep 32 (out of production) , and it worked well, only using the USB-C adapter provided by 4ms.
How were you using the Hermod+ to control MM. Trying this myself and can’t get it to work,
confirming that wireless midi using cem’s widi bud pro (with the usb-c adapter provided by 4ms), works like a charm
Thanks for this info, I just picked one up and it is working great with the MM to receive MIDI from both my iPad Pro and my Macbook Pro. And as bonus it also works with one of my other modules that does MIDI to CV (Tubbutec Brainstep)
