This contains mostly bug fixes:
- Changing KnobSets crash fix (Screen and/or knobset freeze while navigating - #4 by fdabya)
- Fix settings not being read if too many plugins were pre-loaded (Settings, plugins don't save. 2.0.10 - #16 by etcetc)
- Fix brand aliases working with Auto-loader
- Fix plugins sometimes not showing up in the plugin tab if the autoloader loaded them
- Fix various crashes when clicking on some GUI objects (Screen and/or knobset freeze while navigating - #8 by danngreen)
