XOX DRUM AND MIXER V1 (AND V2)
PATCH DESCRIPTION: CPU 65% 48K 32BLOCKS
FIRMWARE VERSION: 2.2.1 PATCH BUILT: OCT 16, 2025

V1 patch Includes: Drums built with xox modules (all drums except djembe due to mixer channel limits and I ran out of KNOB SETS.
V2 patch is identical but removes the clap and substitutes the djembe.

8 channel mixer and drum controls with knob mappings for levels, selected panning (hats, clap and clave) , tempo delay & reverb sends/returns plus all associated parameters.

Drums with EFX output on Metamodule outputs 1 and 2.
The kick also appears on output 5 so it can be used for external side chaining (ducking a bassline for example).

8 pages of knob mappings for mixer level and panning, efx sends and returns, reverb and tempo delay controls.

Tempo delay synced to midi clock or with external clock with clock signal input into gate 1 input on the Metamodule.

MIDI OVERVIEW

Midi In and midi-clock is received on CH. 10.
XOX drums trigger chromatically on midi notes C2 through to C3 (13 drums).

Global accent triggers on C#3. Externally sequence notes on C#3 to momentarily accent (increase) the level of all the drums.
Set Accent Level with Accent Level Knob (u) on the knob set: XOX TM+CONG+MRCA

Optional gate outs sequenced on D3 and D#3 appear on metamodule outputs 3 and 4 as gate out signals to trigger other modules in your rig.

Midi Clock is received on CH. 10 for tempo delay sync.
Insert external clock into GATE A on Metamodule to override midi clock.

Dan if you see this, unlike my previous upload these are your XOX Drums with no other mixers. I remapped the controls from scratch and it is should be easier to navigate. These have a tempo delay along with the reverb. Once I get a Button expander I’ll integrate that so you can trigger each drum with the button and shape the sounds with the knobs without having to trigger the drums from an external controller. Handy when you are dialling in the sounds from the Metamodule.

A side note: We could use a 12 and 16 input mixer. Sometimes I am doubling up mixers which also means doubling up aux effects. A 12 and 16 input mixer in the style of dBIZ PERFMIXER and PERFMIXER 4 would be most welcomed at some point down the road. They are nicely optimized.
