I may announce that the BopPad works fine and is hell of a lot of fun.
Thanks for sharing that @TB8114 as I ordered the same Lekato adapter, and plugged it into the MIDI ports of my RME soundcard, and can now play MetaModule sounds over MIDI from my computer!
Hi, I am glad it worked for you as well.
I use RME as well for audio, but this case I have it plugged into a Miditech 16x16 rack mdi interface.

Hi, new user here.. which port do you use for that, is it the host port on the nerdseq adapter? I’m thinking about buying that adapter but want to use a launchpad as well for controlling and entering notes so trying to confirm that before purchase. Thanks!
The Metamodule acts. as a host for the Nerdseq in device mode, so the usb port on the NerdSeq Multi-IO stays free for the Launchpad
I thought that might be the case (host to host usually isn’t doable although I know the nerdseq can change lots of configurations).
Thanks very much for taking time to reply ![]()
I have a suitcase mobilecase with 7HE equipped with an Metamodule, The NerdSeq + Multi-IO Expander + More Video-IO Expander + Disting-NT and some modules that change from time to time, but it always kicks a** ![]()
Or if you want take a small case put a Metamodule and a Disting-NT into one case and you have fun for months.
Cheers, yes a small system like that would indeed be very powerful. I have a 280 HP case with the usual suspects (Behringer clones mainly). I intended it to be an extension/control for a large analogue modular system but of course its powerful enough to do whole tracks/sets on its own. I don’t have a disting and don’t intend on getting one now I have the Meta. Looks like I’ll be ordering a multio-IO for the Nerdseq then ![]()
I have been using a CME U6 MIDI Pro plugged in to MM. I then have three out and three in dins I can use for connecting it. Works great. A bit of setting out routing on it in advance for it to work as expected
