Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has come across an error whilst trying to connect to the WiFi expander on Android? I can see the 4MS device in the device list, and when I tap on it I get the error ‘Security applied for communicating with device does not match configuration setting’
I’ll keep trying things but can anyone help?

You’re using the app they recommend - right?
Yes, followed all instructions so far. I’ve also uninstalled and reinstalled it. I’ve checked any security things I can find in android. I’m going to try another phone.
Update: Have tried 3 phones so far with the same results ?
Worked first time for me on an iPhone.
Hopefully someone from 4ms will be along soon to advise
What an absolute plonker. I read ‘turn off’ encrypted communication as ‘turn on’, worked first time !
