Unfiltered volume 1 - loading all 3 delays in same patch crashes mm

occurring with latest Firmware v2.0.11 (2025-07-21)

steps to repro:

1. load unfiltered vol 1 plugin
2. make a new empty patch
3. load pitch delay, then instant delay
4. load glitch shifter
5. mm will crashy
