Two patches Fm voices with different characters

Salut à tous,
I hope… in my little Switzerland, that this platform will grow, grow, grow, that many other users will join this little community.
Here are two patches for the same purposed but with very different character.
The first one is based on Phase-modulatuion (bogaudio FM-OP)
The second one with through zero FM (Befaco Pony VCO)
4 operators for each one
The algorythms are selected through the switches of the matrix mixer. All the needed buttons are mapped with midi CC109-CC120. I opted for pads from MINILAB3 (Arturia) in toggle mode.
I had to disable the antialiasing features of bogaudio and the ocersampling feature of PonyVCO, otherwise the patches overoad MM.
This could be a great preset challenge…
Here are the vcv versions:
4 fm operators synth voice for metamodule #1 | Patchstorage
4 fm operators synth voice for metamodule #2 | Patchstorage
And here are the files to load in MM:

4 FM OP bogaudio.yml (24.3 KB)

4 FM OP befaco.yml (23.9 KB)

Thanks for the useful tip to disable antialiasing and oversampling.

Is this antialias and oversampling function working in MM? I tried it in VCV with some Mutable modules and after running it in MM there was no difference in CPU.

I just replaced the befaco one with a simplified version without LFO.
This one is quite CPU consuming and overloads quite systematicly MM. I suspect the 4ms matrix mixer to be quite heavy… I can see it with the performance meter in vcv rack.
Have a good one.

Just uploaded a corrected version of the bogaudio one. I’ve make a little mistake on the feedback cv of FM-OP.

I’m not sure of anything, but by me, playing the FM-OP and ponyVCO with these settings in MM overload instantly the patch. Maybe schould it work with less instances. But not with four of them. Without these settings, these patches are running between 65 and 89 % of CPU.
