not sure if i’m just doing something wrong, but seems that plugins keep loading even after setting them to unload.
also, with the last few dev versions, am getting sporadic white screen hangs at startup. seems to happen maybe every 1 in 8 startups.
I tested this as well and confirm that unload is broken 2.00-dev-12.5. Also getting white screens on startup sporadically as well.
A few versions back we changed it so you have to exit the Plugin tab before it will save your autoload settings. The reason was to extend the life of the flash memory used to store that. Does it save the autoload setting for you if you do that (hit back one more time so that the Plugins tab is no longer visible, then power off)?
The white screens, I have on the bug list, a few people have reported it.

I confirmed that it works if you back out of the screen and then power off.
also tried, can confirm this is working ok when unloading then exiting out of plugins tab before restarting
