Hi,
Maybe I missed something, but I couldn’t find a way to remove a knob set within the MM.
I made a patch that was a bit too ambitious for the MM’s CPU. I removed the fx modules for which a made a knob set.
I noticed that there’s no way to remove the empty knob set without rebooting MM.
Not sure it has to be handel as an issue or a feature request.
In patch screen, when navigating between the modules, it would great that the back button drives back to the upper ribbon… more ergonomic than encoder strolling.
Thanks
Both these ideas are good. The first (empty knobset) is supposed to happen automatically when the last knob mapping is removed, but there’s a bug and it’s not happening.
The feature request for going back to the button bar when you hit back in Patch View is a good idea (at least it seems like a good idea, always with these kind of UX things I like to try it out for a bit)
Thanks for the update,
Regarding the Knob sets management, it would be also great to be able to reorganize knob sets order. In virtual MM in vcv as well.
MM: patch view settings menu
Knob set : Clickable knobset on a knobset list → acions: move ; remove ; unmap all…
Virtual MM in vcv:
Right click → per knob set dropdown list: Same options.
Does it make sense?
Cheers
