New plugin in today’s pack: Vostok Instruments!

Also, if you haven’t noticed, the plugin download now has a date in the file name, and inside the metamodule-plugins/ dir is a manifest.txt file. If you open that up, you can see a list of all the plugins and their verisons, as well as the release date. Should make it easier to keep track of “do I already have the latest plugin pack?”.
