Pluging F8R into MetaModule via usb freezes the module

Hi, when I plugged F8R into MetaModule via an USB-C cable, MM’s UI frozed.
There are in the same case. Please look into this.

Ok, I got a MiniLab 3 and I can reproduce the issue. It’s not power-related, it’s just a bug in the USB library we’re using. I think I can fix it easily, stay tuned.

We have a fix for the MiniLab 3, hopefully can post that tomorrow.

BTW May I ask will it be possible to connect via i2c directly to MM using jumper cables in the future?

Yes, though the I2C pins are not protected so I will recommend that users connect to the expander. But technically there are several pairs of I2C pins available on the expander headers.
