I use now MM as the brain of my eurorack system (sequencer, modulations). Despite o bougth the audio I/O expander, i miss some outputs dor modulation. I have a FH-2 wich can convert mid to CV. Is it possible to transfert midi within usb ftom metamodule? Or can we chain others expanders?

since mm acts as a midi host, it won’t work sending midi when plugged direct usb-c ↔ usb-c to other midi hosts. i believe the FH-2 is also a midi host (edit: but can also work as a device! which is p sweet)
but regardless, i’ve had good look sending midi back and forth between ios, windows, synths, etc using this adapter:
@guy38, so it should work, with mm acting as host, and fh-2 as device - give it a go…
as for output, generally, usb midi is bi-directional, so you yes you can use it for in and out. not, sure what midi output modules are present on mm currently. ( * )
ofc, midi → cv is not as hi-res or performant as direct cv output.
also, you’d want to ensure you use a midi output module with 14bit output, otherwise its going to be very crunchy at 7bit 
( *) low level output works, as Ive used the SDK to do this on my own custom modules
