You can change expander buttons to toggle mode from the options menu. Is it possible to have that same option for midi buttons. I’m using an Akai midi mix as a midi controller and the Nano Mixer send pre/post switches don’t work with the buttons on the midi mix.
You can set MIDI maps to knobs to Toggle mode if you use Note Gate:
So that means pressing a note, say C4 will toggle the mapped parameter. Pressing the note again will toggle it back.
I was having brain fade. My controller was set to CC’s and I didn’t even consider note’s. That absolutely works and is in the manual. RTFM! Seeing as I’m in the feature request anyway… Is it possible to have the same functionality for CC’s?
Ah, ok. I think we can do something like that. I forget the reason why we didn’t in the first place…
OK, it was easy to implement and should be in the next firmware version!
