If anyone is at Knobcon, i hope you can come and check out my performance on Saturday - I am using the Metamodule quite heavily in my performance with some … It is being used as the main CPU on a technique I have been working on for a few years- Using an electric Violin as a modulator directly into a FM bank of oscs, in quadraphonic sound. The MM is the ticket that allows me to get away from computers and do this completely dawless. :).
I am up at 3:30 
And, my almost patched rack. Still need to finish routing MM
and what MM is doing in this rack. (the Bass voice is the violin modulating the bank of FM oscs)

I’m playing that night’s Chill Out Room, also using MM. Nothing too elaborate- 3 copies of Rings, and few assorted other things doing assorted other things

Unfortunately, I’m going to miss this year as my usual acoustic gig I do this at time most years is back on this year. I think we met last year, really enjoyed meeting you and all the others there.

I’m mostly using my MM for multiple standalone oscillators as well. Currently using 2 Plaits and the VCV Rack VCO. I need to spend some time with it to create full voices. I still like to sequence with my OXI One.
I wish I could be there. The lineup looks amazing!

I am waiting on seeing if I can get a soundboard recording as opposed to just the mics on my portable camera- I was VERY close to one of the 4 quad channels, and the camera mix reflects that.

Here is my mixed w/ my official video source and my cameras and some post verb and a little gain added.
If you look closely my 20 minute countdown timer doesn’t move . it got knocked on the floor RIGHT before I started to play, and ejected it’s batteries.
You can see be scramble toward the end to find my phone on the floor, turn it on, and check what time it actually is to make sure I didn’t go over.

The Metamodule handled a lot of the mixing on the eurorack side of things- and had the midifighter twister controlling it over USB midi
