Just upgraded to 2.0.2 - File on internal disk with no name?

After upgrading to 2.0.2 just now, I’ve got a file on the internal disk that has no name, and cannot be loaded. Not really a big deal, but … can I delete it somehow?

I’ve tried Settings->System->Reset Internal Drive, but that didn’t address the issue.

I think I have had the same file in there since I bought the MM. Not sure what it is.

I have seen this once before but couldn’t figure out the cause. It went away at the next firmware update.
