Issue with Rotary Knob

Hi everyone!
My question is for those who have owned this module for a long time (more than a year). I’m curious about the long-term durability of the main rotary knob.

I recently came across a Meta module where the main knob was not working properly — it was skipping values. Because of that, I’m now trying to use it as little as possible and route most of the control through the computer instead.

Could you please share your experience? Is everything working correctly with your main rotary knob?

If the encoder has become skippy, send email to 4ms@4mscompany.com and we can replace it. I don’t think we’ve seen this issue before but it’s certainly possible for an encoder to wear out.
