I encountered several strange issues today. My screen displayed weird noise and then turned into a white screen, making it unbootable. The first time, I temporarily restored it by using the online firmware refresh method I had used before. However, when I powered it on again later, the same issue occurred. This time, I managed to take a photo of it. After the noise appeared, the screen turned white, and the firmware refresh didn’t work properly. Please help me.
That looks like the display cable is loose. Please email us and we’ll give you instructions for attaching it (or set up a return/exchange if you’re not comfortable doing that). Sorry about that.
