How do I tune oscillators?

My patch needs a few sines, I used 4ms FM assuming that 4ms modules are written to run efficiently on meta.
I tuned them to C in VCV, which required a weird value for some reason.
However, when on meta, they shift to about 45 cents below Bb. 245 cents seems a pretty weird value for me.
What do I do to have my oscillators predictable and in tune?

you can use something like the bogaudio REFTONE to tune your OSCs by ear:

apart from that I think we have to wait.

I am also missing a proper tuner in meta module but as I have my pc right next to my Modular, I can just use the Ableton Tuner. So no big deal, if you have a PC connected to your Modular.
