Attached a video of this behavior. There are two issues, the CV inputs do not seem to be working (the mix knob is shown here but this seems to be the case with the other CVs as well), and there does not seem to be DC-bias removal on the output (check the yellow line in the scope), which results in the audio clipping badly in spite not being especially loud. I think this may also be the case in the Metamod version of the module but it’s harder for me to verify.

BTW, this is a very experimental module that sounds terrible at many settings. I think 99% of the time people will want to use it’s cleaned-up cousin, the Freeverb.
You know, aside from the usability issues, I actually like this reverb a lot, because it’s capable of being much more aggressive and weird-sounding than most reverbs, and also it doesn’t use much CPU. Personally I’d vote to keep it that way.
