Hi,. I didn’t see a dedicated post for CV Funk plugins, there is one for Cartesia but I thought it would be good to have a space for the whole set.
1st - CV funk is one of my top 3 vcv module collections, if you haven’t tried them you should.
2nd - Does anyone know if the new module additions will be ported, Hammer, Picus, Node, Wonk… ?
Excuse my ignorance but did the dev ( Cody Geary ) port the original set over or did a member of the community here?
This morning I put together what was going to be an epic patch for the MM using the new modules without checking first that they have been ported so this is just a very selfish first post for a great set of modules.
Most of the original set of modules released have polyphonic elements that were edited out for the MM release / a lot of the modules here started out as polyphonic modules in VCV so not sure why that would be an issue.
Yes, Dan has been helping me a LOT with the port and we are working on it. I’ve added a lot of MM-specific changes to my module collection to reduce the CPU usage and make their footprint smaller, and they will go live in the VCV library soon.
Here is an example of a quad-Ouros patch running at 48khz :
And here is a much larger patch, it needs to run at 32kHz (83% cpu here). Alloy is a particularly expensive module, so you also need to reduce its internal nodes to 8.
