Correlation between VCV and MM CPU Numbers

I have been playing around with different combinations of modules to try to figure out the correlation between my computer’s CPU and MM. I have found that modules with a CPU load of less than .4% are pretty light, and those .5%-1% (and higher) take up a lot of CPU on the MM. I found that the difference is that modules on the MM take up around 7X the CPU of my PC if I use 32K/64. Much higher for 48K. Anyone else do these kinds of tests?

Yes, I have found correlation indicators when reducing Engine threads on VCV to 2 on my old desktop. Nothing scientific but a helpful indicator.

It is definitely helpful to be able to figure out how much MM will be able to handle and to manage your expectations accordingly. I am finding that if I keep the total CPU around 40% without anything patched or playing, that gives me plenty of headroom to create just about anything at 32K. Right now, I am able to build patches with 25 or so modules.
