Hello! I recently got a Metamodule and am really enjoying it, I was thinking of using it as a more customizable and powerful version of the Oxi Meta, which is a multifx module geared towards transitions and buildups for live performances, one very handy feature it has is a button that kills the FX immediately and I was curious if something similar could be accomplished with the button expander, for instance, have a knob as a macro to control multiple DJ filters and then instantly snap back to the middle value of the knob with a button press?

You can definitely do that with the button expander. But you’ll have to set the range of value for on and off (min and max) and so have only these to values available for the called virtual knob.
In your particular case, I think another trick has to be found, if you also want to be able to play with the called parameters.
okay thanks for the response! I had assumed that a parameter could be controlled by more than one knob or button at once but that doesn’t seem to be the case unfortunately
