Like the Nyshti QuadPanner or something that would let me move my sound around in a spherical 3D space (front back up and down). I guess it’s called binaural? Even better would be to have a module that could acoustically emulate that in a final stereo output.

You can use the Venom Pan 3D and ignore the z axis to get quadraphonic. It doesn’t have equal power panning though.
If you want to use polar coordinates then you can use the Venom Sphere to XYZ to translate polar to cartesian for input to the Pan 3D.
But if you really want 3D with 8 destinations, then that is what Pan 3D is made for. (as is Sphere to XYZ).
However, I don’t know how to translate the output to stereo that can simulate 3D (or 2D) space.
