I think it would be great to be able to assign a knob or a midi message to randomise a device.
Also, another function that would be great is random wiring…so I you press this function modules would be patched randomly too.

i would love this too. there’s a module by stoermelder called strip that does this in vcv. i asked in the modwiggler forum early on if the stoermelder ones might be able to be adapted for mm and the answer was(paraphrasing dan) “no. modules cant talk to each other with the current api”. but im really hopeful we might see changes to allow cool modules like stoermelder umap, strip, remove lite to work in mm. those 3 alone are incredibly powerful
Hi! I think since there is already a function to randomise a module maybe there could be a midi mapping for that function?
