Title says it all…this would be a great feature for uploading/downloading files.

would be useful to be able to move and organize samples on the sd card via the wifi/browser. not sure if the hardware’s made to handle larger file transfers.

Yeah, I think someone had asked about firmware transfer via WiFi and it was said that larger files might not work as reliably.

It would be handy to be able to send multiple presets at once from the browser, or just queue them and send them sequentially. But it’s really no big deal doing them one at a time.

If nothing else, the web interface should be improved so that bi-directional file transfers are possible.

Yeah, we do have long-term plans to improve the web browser:

- Upload or download files
- View file info (list of modules, file size)
- Create directories
- Move, rename, delete files

I hadn’t considered an FTP server. If your goal is to use the command line, you already should be able to send a file on the command line with curl (after encoding it via flatbuffers – see the [4ms-vcv plugin source code for details](https://github.com/4ms/4ms-vcv/blob/21214e8cecd6b0649a9486129dc93128aee8bbfd/src/hub/hub_medium.cc#L286C1-L288C77))

That is awesome to hear…I like the way that Ableton created their web interface for Move. [https://help.ableton.com/hc/en-us/articles/14649464031772-Connecting-to-Move-Manager](https://help.ableton.com/hc/en-us/articles/14649464031772-Connecting-to-Move-Manager)
